Environmental Graphic Design (EGD) embraces many design disciplines including graphic, architectural, interior, landscape, and industrial design, all concerned with the visual aspects of wayfinding, communicating identity and information, and shaping the idea of creating experiences that connect people to place.
Project Solution:
Designing a wayfinding system for the Blank Park Zoo, to enhance navigation and experiences of visitors and zoo staff. The zoo is a great place for people to come and understand exotic animals in a safe and humane way all while supporting animal conservation. Throughout the zoo there is a disconnect between the older parts and the newer parts of the zoo. The signage needs updated to help navigate the space
